Raising
a concern.
If something about how we work has affected you, tell us. This page explains how, and what happens next.
Anyone can use this. It is free, and you do not need to know anything about how we are organised.
Our workers and contractors, our suppliers and their workers, our clients and brand partners, people who use products we make, and anyone in the communities where we operate.
How to raise a concern
Studio 108, 183A Anerley Road, London SE20 8EF
They will write it down and check the record with you.
Robert Price, Director. Concerns about the Managing Director or about management decisions are handled from receipt by the Alternate, who takes them to the Board in full.
We are appointing an independent external channel for raising concerns, so that anyone can report without coming to us first — including about our directors. Target: Q1 2027. Until it is in place, the route above applies.
You do not have to give your name
Anonymous concerns are recorded, assigned a named owner and investigated as far as the information allows. Where we cannot reach you, we still record the outcome, and where it is appropriate we summarise it in our annual grievance summary so that our response is visible.
What happens next
- We acknowledge within 5 working days and tell you who is handling it and by when.
- We assign a named person who is accountable for resolving it — not a team, and not “the company”.
- We investigate impartially. Nobody decides on a matter they are personally involved in.
- We respond in writing within 20 working days of acknowledging. If we need longer, we tell you before that deadline passes, and why.
- You can ask for a review within 10 working days if you are not satisfied. A director not previously involved carries it out.
What we will not do
We will not retaliate against anyone who raises a concern in good faith, or who supports or gives evidence in one. For suppliers, that includes your commercial relationship with us. Retaliation is itself treated as a concern of the highest priority and goes to our Board.
What we do with what you tell us
Every concern goes into a register with a named owner and a target date. Our Board reviews it quarterly. Once a year we publish a summary: how many concerns we received, how long we took, how many we were late on, and what changed as a result.
Information about a concern is shared only with those who need it to resolve the matter, held securely, and processed under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
